1. Floating

Materials: Wire mesh, jacquard mesh

Dimensions: Undetermined; On-site construction according to actual site conditions

This concept came to me after visiting the site. Above the broken walls and rubble, an ethereal, weightless shape drifts toward the ground before slowly rising and floating back up, an indescribable sight.

2. Time Form

Materials: Salvaged vintage furniture parts, spotlights

Dimensions: Unspecified; constructed and installed on location to fit the actual site.

Ordinary everyday objects carry time and memory like shards of mirror. Such physical items often possess greater expressive power than words. I attempt their reconstruction to observe what new visuals and atmospheres may arise.

3. Piled Objects

Materials: On-site waste, quartz sand grains

Dimensions: Unfixed, constructed in situ according to the actual site conditions

The existing conditions of the site sparked numerous ideas in me. I seek to reimagine and transform the accumulated usable debris found here. Viewed from an alternative perspective, might our present circumstances turn out to be meaningless

4. The Body’s Lodging

Materials: Felt fabric

Dimensions: Undetermined; On-site installation

This concept emerged from the on-site surroundings. Light spills through the opening high above the corner wall and falls upon the dark stove, radiating an air of profound preciousness. I imagined every inch of my skin melting entirely into that beam of light.
